| Mediation Our mediation service provides conflict resolution for faith communities, families, businesses and neighborhood groups and helps them find acceptable solutions when there has been disagreement. Stakeholders are invited to search together for an outcome that can be acceptable to each party. This is especially helpful in times of leadership transition, budget reductions, custody issues, property disputes and other stressful situations. In a successful mediation, there are no “winners” or “losers”—but a prevailing attitude of “This decision may not be exactly what I wanted, but we worked it out TOGETHER, I can live with it, and I trust the other person's commitment to making it work as well.” |
