   • Executive Coaching: offers a unique coaching service that is effective,
      personal, flexible and affordable. Coaching is highly tailored to a specific
      individual’s circumstances and provides built-in accountability and
      feedback mechanisms. It helps the individual grow and improve their
      operating performance. This is a very effective way for organizations to
      leverage their sizeable investment in management talent.

   • Career Testing, Exploration, & Counseling: works with individuals
      who are changing careers or considering different career options.

   • Educational programs: these classes, workshops or groups provide
      individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities in a
      group setting. Topics can be selected from existing programs or
      customized to meet the unique needs of a group.

   • Individual counseling: counseling provides individuals with an outlet
      for addressing issues that affect their professional and personal lives.
      The benefit from spending time with a professional counselor who will
      help them sort through emotions and feelings and develop approaches
      for dealing with these issues. They become more effective at work and
      at home. Our counseling is based on the belief that there is a relationship
      between the mind, body and soul and we address all three areas.
