Referral Process

If you believe Trinity Center’s services could be helpful to someone, tell them about our center. Assure them that everything is confidential and no information will be reported to anyone without their knowledge and consent.

If someone wants you to refer them for services, you will need to provide some general information about them. Contact Trinity Center and speak with our Client Services Representative about this referral. Give Trinity Center’s phone number to this individual and advise them to call for an appointment. Please remind them to inform us that you referred them.

The Intake Process
Each client has an initial session. During the initial session, the clinician listens carefully to the issues presented. Afterwards, Trinity Center will assign the clinician who is best equipped to help the client. In some instances, clients are referred outside the Center because more appropriate services are available for them in another setting.

Fees for Services
Trinity Center’s fees are very competitive to other providers in our area. Trinity Center is an out of network provider. We will file insurance for the client. Insurance reimbursement may be available for counseling, psychiatric services and psychological testing. Insurance will not cover spiritual direction or educational services.

Financial assistance is available for those unable to pay the full fee. Applications can be made to the Betty W. Talbert Client Assistance Fund to help supplement a portion of the full fee. The amount of assistance is based upon household income, number of dependents, expenses and individual circumstances.
